Terms of Service

These terms cover createamillionaire.com ("CAM", "the site") and the CAM Discord server and bot. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use CAM.

What CAM is

CAM is a public ledger. You pay to add a note: a username, an optional line of text, and optional links. Your note is placed on the ledger in the order it was paid for and stays there for as long as the site exists.

The money goes to CAM, one anonymous person. What you get is your note on the ledger. A note is not an investment, a security, a share of anything, a raffle entry, or a chance to win money or anything else. No buyer ever receives any of the money paid to CAM.

Payments

• Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. The minimum is $1.
• Your note is created once the payment is confirmed. Its number is the next open number at that moment, which may differ from the number shown while you were paying.
• All payments are final, except where the law requires otherwise. A note cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
• If a payment is reversed or charged back, the note stays on the ledger but is marked as reversed.

XP, rolls and emblems

XP, dice rolls, multipliers and emblems are just for fun. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, traded or exchanged for money or anything of value, and never affect where your note appears. Rolls are free and optional. We may change, rebalance or remove any of these features at any time.

Usernames and accounts

• A username is yours once a note is paid for under it, or once you sign in with Discord and claim it. Names are first come, first served.
• You may sign in with Discord. Signing in links your Discord account to your CAM name and adds you to the CAM Discord server.
• We may rename, reclaim or remove usernames that impersonate someone, are offensive, or break these terms.

Your notes and links

You are responsible for what you write and link. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, spammy, or that infringes someone else's rights, and do not impersonate anyone. We may hide or edit any note or link that breaks these rules, without a refund. By posting a note, you let CAM display it publicly on the site, in the Discord server, and anywhere CAM is shared.

The Discord server

The CAM Discord server follows Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines as well as these terms. Moderators may remove messages or members who break them.

No guarantees

CAM is provided as is. We do not promise the site will always be available, error free, or that it will ever reach $1,000,000. We may change or end the site at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, CAM is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your notes.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use CAM after a change means you accept it.
